Official Terms & Conditions: Stance Pro Launch Giveaway

1. The Promoter The promoter of this competition is Stance (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • This competition is open worldwide to anyone aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Stance, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • There is no entry fee required to participate.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens immediately upon the publication of the official giveaway post on Instagram.
  • Entries will be accepted until 04:00 PM GMT on Friday, 1st May. Entries received after this cutoff will not be counted.
  • Winners will be announced on Friday, 1st May at 6:00 PM GMT.

4. How to Enter To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

  1. Follow the official Stance Instagram account (@app.stance).
  2. Like the official competition post.
  3. Tag two (2) real Instagram accounts in the comments of the post (bot or spam accounts will invalidate the entry).
  4. Share the competition post to your Instagram Story and prominently tag our official account so the entry can be verified.

5. Bonus Entry Entrants may earn one (1) additional bonus entry by pre-ordering the Stance app on the Apple App Store. To claim the bonus entry, the entrant must send a Direct Message (DM) to our official Instagram account containing a clear screenshot proving the pre-order.

6. The Prizes Three (3) winners will be selected to receive a premium subscription to Stance Pro, which unlocks full access to the myStance profile and collection cards.

  • 1st Prize: 12-Month Stance Pro Subscription
  • 2nd Prize: 6-Month Stance Pro Subscription
  • 3rd Prize: 3-Month Stance Pro Subscription
  • Prizes are as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries (including bonus entries) verified by the Promoter.
  • The winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on Friday, 1st May at 6:00 PM GMT and notified by direct message within 24 hours of the announcement.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The Promoter will provide the winner with a promotional code or direct access link to redeem their Stance Pro subscription upon the app’s official launch.

8. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
  • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
