Welcome to Ayceify. By downloading or using our applications (including Screensave and Stance) or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use our applications.

2. License to Use Our Apps

Ayceify grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our applications on your personal Apple devices for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • Screensave: Designed to help you locally manage and delete screenshots. We are not responsible for accidentally deleted media.
  • Stance: Designed for personal activity tracking. It is not a medical device, and the data provided should not be used for medical diagnoses.

3. Purchases and Pre-orders

Some of our apps, like Stance, may be offered as a pre-order or require a purchase. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. Any refunds, cancellations, or subscription management must be handled directly through your Apple ID account settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Ayceify products to:

  • Violate any local, state, or international law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of our applications.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ayceify does not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
